·       Hospital privileges and credentialing

·       Marketing suggestions – announcements to referring providers, the public, your patient population

·       Contact the Delaware County Medical Society for help.  The PA Medical Society also has resources, which includes a credentialing checklist..

·       Order all necessary printed materials (e.g. letterhead, scripts, appointment cards, etc)

·       Build patient schedules
